Orders with a total value of £49.99 or above (including £49.99) qualify for free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.
For orders below £49.99, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 will be charged.
All shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout, and no hidden charges will apply.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.
Before an order is shipped, we may verify order details and product availability.
5. Order Cut-Off Time (Business Days Only)
The daily order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Europe/London time, GMT/BST), applicable on business days only.
Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will be considered as placed on the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
The cut-off time operates as an independent operational rule and is not affected by payment processing times or third-party payment platforms.
6. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.
This timeframe is an estimate only, and actual delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including carrier operations, weather conditions, peak sales periods, or other force majeure events.
7. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
You may also check your order status through the “Order Tracking” page located in the footer of our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active in the system.
8. Taxes and Duties
All product prices displayed on our website include all applicable taxes.
No additional taxes, duties, or customs fees will be charged upon delivery within the United Kingdom.
9. Delivery Delays, Failures, and Address Issues
While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
If delivery fails, is delayed, or a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address or failure to contact the recipient, any resulting consequences or additional re-delivery costs shall be borne by the customer.
