Where refund conditions are met, refunds will be processed after confirmation of the order status or receipt of returned items.

Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 6–10 business days.

Orders with a total value of £49.99 or above (including £49.99) qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will be subject to standard shipping charges.
